Spear Center is one of the nation’s top outpatient physical therapy brands, with over 40 clinics across the New York Tri-State area. With 25 years of experience, they’ve built a reputation for expert care and a personal touch. But their old website didn’t reflect that.
Instead of showcasing their services and helping patients get started, the site was cluttered with company culture content—great for internal morale, but not for attracting new patients. Essential details, like clinic locations, appointment booking, and insurance information, were hard to find. Plus, the design lacked warmth and interactivity, making the experience feel impersonal.

Our goal was to create a digital experience that mirrored the in-person care Spear Center is known for by prioritizing the patient journey and making key information easy to access.
We focused on improving functionality with online appointment booking and patient portal access while bringing the brand to life through bold colors, engaging imagery, and interactive design elements.
The challenge was to strike the right balance—keeping the website professional yet inviting, ensuring it conveyed both expertise and approachability.

The redesign leveraged Spear Center’s bold purple and orange branding while maintaining a clean, professional aesthetic.
High-quality lifestyle imagery, subtle animations, and organic shapes created an inviting yet polished look. A light off-white background and large, well-balanced typography ensured readability while adding visual interest.

The old website had clunky navigation, making it hard for users to find clinic locations or book appointments. We revamped the navigation bar with a clear “Locations” section, helping visitors easily access clinic details and insurance information.

The “Take a Tour” page allows visitors to explore Spear Center’s facilities through high-quality images and an immersive 3D experience. This feature builds trust by giving potential patients a clear view of what to expect, making them feel more comfortable before their first visit.

The website incorporates subtle animations and video elements to create a dynamic experience.
