While their capability had grown more than ever, Skyline’s identity and web presence were fragmented.

Global Design System
The asymmetrical design of the Boston Dynamics website is no mistake.
Inspired by the movement of the robots and the various services offered, this design style allows users to walk through the site in a similar pattern to the robots.
This, in combination with stunning video and photography, delivers an engaging site that shows the value of Boston Dynamics’ products.

AlayaCare wanted a look that aligned them with modern SaaS web design best practices. It needed to be professional, but still feel playful and engaging.
The visual design balances out the use of blue and orange to draw attention to key points of engagement. Graphics in combination with screengrabs of their software deliver a polished look and feel.

As a healthcare software product, most of their competitor’s websites blended together.
Standard symmetrical layouts, light blue and grey.
It was clear that a bolder look would both allow AlayaCare to stand out, and have a competitive advantage.

We pivoted from focusing on features to product benefits.
By focusing on they make providers’ lives easier, and patients’ lives better, we were able to speak to the problems that mattered most.
To back up AlayaCare’s claims, we deploy a variety of trust-building sections. By featuring their 700+ customers, direct customer testimonials, data, and awards we’re able to build a lot of confidence with their buyers.
Mobile Experience
While AlayaCare’s traffic is still skewed towards desktop vistitors we still felt it was important to have an awesome mobile experience.
Site Navigation
We uncovered that customers discover their products in a variety of ways. We wanted the navigation to encourage this rather than try and push them down a specific path.
For first-time visitors the “Who We Serve” tab allows them to discover the product by service, payer source, agency size, and role.
For repeat visitors the “Platform” tab you can jump to the product they’re interested in.
Software Landing Pages
Each page highlights the 3-5 biggest problems customers experience and how AlayaCare solves them.
Custom graphics and animations help further that message while differentiating from competitors.
Resources
AlayaCare had focused on building out a sprawling resource center.
The problem was that with immense growth came user experience challenges the previous site was not equipped to handle.
By rebuilding the resource center from the ground up we not only improved organic search results, but increased the average number of pages viewed on the website by 144.5%
